Customer Support Portal Launched
Today we launched Libra OnDemand Customer Support Portal, designed to be the center point for customer interaction on issues related to product support, sales and administrative requests, how-to articles and solutions to typical support questions.
Every inquiry logged with Libra OnDemand support is accessible on the portal, and users have the ability to view status information for all of their cases, access suggested solutions and add comments and attachments.
One of the great features of the support portal is that responses to regular questions are automatically added to the support knowledge base and available online. With time, the solutions knowledge base will automatically provide detailed responses to most typical questions and requests.
